A delicious dessert for Ramadan
Jalebi and sometimes Jalibi (Persian: zoulbia; Arabic: zalabiyah) is a sweet popular in Persia and countries of the Indian Subcontinent such as India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
It is a dessert especially made in the holy month of Ramadan. Starch, yogurt, sugar, oil and rose water are the ingredients of this delicious dessert. Hardly can you find a household without Jalebi (zoulbia) in Ramadan. You can see how it is made in the following photos.
