Puppet theatres in Tajikistan

International Festival of Puppet Theatres "Chodari hayel" held in Dushanbe, 11-18 April. The festival has attended by the professional actors of puppet theaters (of the CIS countries) as well as the puppeteers abroad, including the representatives of Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
As the source noted, the main mission of the festival is to strengthen the cultural relations, familiarizing the public with the culture and traditions of the Tajik people, and the further development of puppetry in Tajikistan.
Recall, the 1st International Festival of Puppet Theatres "Chodari Hayol" was held in Dushanbe in 2007.
